Our Story

Shoes For Crews® Europe was established in Shannon, Ireland, in 2001, bringing the company’s industry-leading slip-resistant footwear to the European market. Over the following decade, the business experienced steady growth across the region.

In 2009, Shoes For Crews Europe continued expanding into new markets by establishing teams in Germany and the UK, followed by France in 2010. To support this continued global growth, the Shannon-based team moved to larger office premises in 2011. During this time, the company also relocated and expanded its European distribution centre in Shannon to sell shoes more efficiently to its growing customer base across Europe.

Today, Shoes For Crews Europe continues to grow, with a portfolio of more than 110 slip-resistant shoe styles, and new styles introduced regularly.

Continuous Growth

Since 2010, Shoes For Crews Europe has produced its shoe catalogue in three languages—English, German and French—while maintaining a multilingual customer service team in Shannon to support customers across these markets. In 2013, Shoes For Crews Europe relocated its European distribution centre to Venlo, Netherlands to support the continued growth of its European business. In 2017, the company further expanded its presence by establishing a sales team in the Netherlands, introducing a Dutch version of its sales catalogue, and expanding its customer service team to support the Dutch market.
